About the event
On Wise Women Wednesdays we explore a variety of health and wellness topics. This week we explore how to ride the waves of hormonal change with grace and joy to get the most of each stage of female empowerment. From herbs to activities, we'll learn how to create ease with each transition. All classes are by donation, with a recommended donation of $20. Please join us even if you can't donate.
